Protein Complex is made from Defatted soybeans and is manufactured using a proprietary water extraction method that concentrates the isoflavones while maintaining the ratio of genistein, diadzein and glycitein as they are found in the natural soybean. Soy isoflavones demonstrate estrogenic activity and are the subject of numerous research studies. This product contains over 15 times the amount of isoflavones per gram, when compared to other types of soy containing products. According to recent information one should supplement with 45mg of isoflavones per day or the amount found in only one serving of Protein Complex.
