Return to Primitive Nutrition
What Does Returning to primitive
nutrition mean? It means simply
getting back to the way things used
to be. It means giving people the
opportunity to achieve topnotch
health by eating whole food in its
most natural form. It means eating
food that does not contain
pesticides, herbicides or any sort
of chemical alteration. Because of
the way things are today, it would
seem almost impossible for this kind
of consumption to ever be possible
again.
The soil in which our food is grown
no longer contains the living
nutrients, which are so vital.
Organic produce is almost impossible
to find, not to mention how
expensive and often ineffective it
is found to be. Many people today
are taking dietary supplements; yet
diseases and health dysfunctions
continue to rise at catastrophic
rates. There is now a solution:
Nature's Defense Whole Foods.
- Do you or someone you love
have chronic problems with the
immune system, tire easily, or
out of energy?
- Does drinking milk and
eating dairy products cause you
to have gas and feel bloated?
- Have yeast infections or
urinary tract infections often?
- Experience frequent diarrhea
or constipation?
- Are you or your loved ones
prescribed antibiotics
frequently?
- Are you or someone you love
on birth control pills?
- Do you have achy bones and
joints, constant allergy
problems or chronic skin rashes?
Leaky Gut Syndrome
The origins of many chronic
health problems can be traced to
compromised digestive function.
Leaky gut syndrome is a problem in
which certain tissues in the
gastrointestinal tract gradually
become worn away, leaving 'holes'
which cause a disturbance in the
normal absorption of foods and
nutrients. Normal bowel bacteria in
the gastrointestinal tract are
decreased, causing a condition known
as dysbiosis, or, an imbalance in
the natural flora of the bowel.
Dysbiosis can be caused by a few of
the following:
Some symptoms of dysbiosis
include:
confusion, depression, attention
deficit disorder [ADD], dry mouth,
eyes chronic allergies/sinus
problems, belching, bloating,
eczema, chronic fatigue syndrome
[CFS], weight gain, lack of
concentration, aggressive behavior,
poor learning/ memory, constipation,
diarrhea, colitis, low blood sugar,
fatigue
Causes of dysbiosis:
- Poor dietary habits-
refined sugars, refined flours
and excessive animal protein.
- Drug intake - antibiotics,
cortisone, birth control pills
and anti-inflammatory drugs such
as ibuprofen and naproxen weaken
the flora of the gut and
subsequently, the immune system.
- Heavy metals such as lead
and mercury, pesticides and
smog.
- Radiation therapy
- Environmental pollutants -
Poor digestion
- Low amounts of stomach acids
- Stress
- Parasites and other
pathogenic organisms in the gut.
- Weakened immune system
- Chemotherapy
Whole Food vs.
Vitamin and Mineral Isolates
Nature's Defense Whole Foods are
highly concentrated, completely
absorbable whole foods. The
difference between whole food and
vitamin/ mineral supplements is easy
to understand. With and food
concentrates, the body is capable of
choosing what it needs and is able
to excrete what it does not need.
This process is known as selective
absorption. Fractional vitamins, on
the other hand, do not give the body
a choice. The body has to take in
the chemicals it is given and in
turn deal with the chemical
imbalances and possibility of toxic
overdose.
