Our philosophy is to offer the finest quality nutritional products to the complementary health care professional at a reasonable price. The name Professional Health Products® was chosen because this brand is sold exclusively to professional health care providers. Many of our competitors sell to the professional as well as to ‘the lay public’ under a different label. It is our belief that nutrition should be administered and monitored by those best familiar with disease process and diagnosis. These products are available through independent pharmacies and healthcare practitioners throughout the country. PHP® brand offers over 400 different products to tailor the nutritional and homeopathic support to the individual patient. Rather than using a "shotgun" approach with a few products to treat everything, our position is to create specific formulas that have a greater therapeutic influence on healing and to combine ingredients that are synergistic and enhance the desired therapeutic action. The Professional Health Products® line is innovative in approach, yet strongly tied to proven methods. We strictly follow HPUS and Hahnemann's methods for producing Homeopathics, particularly, Hand Succussion.

Purity of the Product

Creating a formulation involves several factors. Our products contain the purest and most bioavailable ingredients. Careful consideration is also given to the binders chosen and to the process by which the formula is made.

This commitment to purity is demonstrated by our efforts to supply you with a quality glandular line. We go to great lengths to obtain pesticide/antibiotic/disease free glands for use in our products. This means, when available, we purchase our glands as food grade from New Zealand where a Veterinarian by law inspects and certifies the product to be free of disease, which is not available from domestic glands. Rather than use a salt-precipitated or solvent extraction process which leaves residues in the gland, we have chosen to use a freeze-dried/vacuum method.

PHP®’s Nutraceutical Line

PHP® uses ingredients that are more biochemically interactive and available. We base our decision on our understanding of the biological pathways and studies available to us.

The herbs we use are picked at the time they are most biologically active. They are harvested and put into a solution within one hour. When materials are not available to us in the U.S., we do whatever is necessary to obtain the finest quality ingredients.

The preparation of the homeopathic involves buying source materials from all over the world. All mother tinctures are soaked for a minimum of 14 days to extract the essences. The lab prepares the product in a "clean room", free from fluorescent lighting and EMF's. Water purity is assured by passing it through a water softener and a 5 step reverse osmosis filter, and exposing it to bactericidal UV light.

The water is certified pH neutral. Hypoallergenic, 20% alcohol (gluten free) is used in our Homeopathics versus the glycerin or pellet delivery for several reasons. The alcohol base provides a better polymorphic structure. Glycerin-based products do not have the shelf life alcohol products do, nor are they listed in the HPUS (Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States). According to our research the liquid form is better absorbed and provides better transport than the pellet or tablet due to greater surface area coverage.

PHP®'s labeling is designed to provide you with the most information possible. We list everything that goes into the bottle including fillers, excepients and binders. Rather than the dosage based on several tablets or capsules, PHP® states what each contains. Also listed are the specific individual elemental amounts. PHP® offers an excellent value by making its Homeopathics available in a 2 ounce bottle instead of the standard 1 ounce bottle. The liquescence remedies come in a 4 ounce bottle.
